NJL-Whittle-Le-Woods-591x45007NJL Consulting is set to gain approval for two schemes in Haighton and Whittle-le-Woods which will be considered by Preston City Council and Chorley Borough Council respectively.

Officers at Preston City Council are recommending approval of an outline application for up to 34 new homes in Grimsargh in north Preston after NJL Consulting’s Manchester office submitted and managed the planning application gaining a recommendation from officers to grant planning permission.

NJL Consulting was instructed by Wainhomes (North West) Ltd as the sole planners on both developments. Full planning permission will enable development of 45 new homes at Letherland’s Farm in Whittle-le-Woods, north of Chorley, comprising a mix of detached and semi-detached properties including affordable housing provision on-site.

Katie Delaney, Associate Director at NJL Consulting, said: “If given the green light the schemes will assist these Central Lancashire authorities in meeting their housing needs, delivering much needed high quality family housing in sustainable locations.”

Chorley’s planning committee will meet on 8th November, and Preston’s planning committee on 10th November.
