Frenkel Topping launches free training roadshow
Frenkel Topping has today announced that it is launching a series of free, flexible training sessions, allowing legal professionals to gain APIL-accredited CPD points at no cost.
The Salford-based specialist independent financial adviser and wealth management firm will offer a “roadshow” of training events, in which Frenkel Topping’s expert consultants will deliver training which is tailored to law firms and their teams.
Frenkel Topping offers this training completely free, without infringing on legal professionals’ fee-earning time.
Commenting on the programme, Mark Holt, Managing Director at Frenkel Topping, said: “We are so proud to launch this scheme to continually educate the legal sector”.
“At Frenkel Topping, we believe that knowledge sharing, earning CPD points and being up-to-date is key to the continued success of our sector, and so we are delighted to offer these sessions at zero cost to legal professionals – and in a way which fits around their busy schedules, whether pre-8:30am, over lunch breaks or after work.
“We are looking forward to sharing our exceptional sector knowledge and expertise with the wider industry, and hope that as well as CPD points, the initiative will provide those who partake with some invaluable insight which can be applied to live cases.”
Those interested in taking part can sign up via Frenkel Topping’s website, and there is no limit to the number of sessions that delegates can book. Topics include pension loss; periodical payment orders; personal injury trusts; welfare benefits; maximising schedules to avoid professional negligence; court of protection; investing for vulnerable clients and more.
It follows the launch of The Frenkel Topping Training Academy which focuses on nurturing home-grown talent and was introduced off the back of the success of the 2017 Graduate Programme. The Academy allows graduates to enter the niche personal injury and clinical negligence sector, and gain experience and knowledge in financial services.
Mark continued: “We have always been committed to providing opportunities, nurturing talent and equipping people with the skills they need to succeed in this sector. It is something that we at Frenkel Topping feel very passionately about so the training programme was the next logical step for us.”
Frenkel Topping last year scooped the Employer of the Year Commendation Award at the City of Manchester Business Awards (COMBA) for its commitment to training and development.
