PH homesPLANNING has been approved for five luxury PH Homes apartments near the sought-after village of Hale Barns.

Plans submitted by PH Homes will see one large house demolished to make way for five high-end luxury two-bedroom apartments with secure parking.

The scheme by the Cheadle-based developer, overlooks Halecroft Park and is just a stone’s throw from the bustling village centre in Hale Barns.

The plans have been lauded by Trafford Council’s planning authority as carefully considered of the site’s constraints and contextual surroundings.

Planning bosses also considered its ‘strong architectural merit that will complement and enhance the character of the area’.

Philip Hughes, managing director of PH Homes, said: “We are delighted that planning has been approved for these five luxury new apartments in the heart of the village.

“The building will be situated in stunning gardens featuring a number of mature trees.

“The apartments are perfect for couples or individuals who are considering downsizing from a larger property but still want to live in a quality home close to the amenities of Hale Barns village.”

The luxury housebuilder currently has a number of apartment developments underway, including No.1 Scott Road and Bollin Hey in the Cheshire village of Prestbury.
