PH Homes wins Best New Small Housing Development at LABC Building Excellence Awards

Greenlands is an exclusive development of seven four and five bedroom family homes located within walking distance of Alderley Edge village in Cheshire.

Inspired by the Victorian villas of Alderley Edge, the houses at Greenlands feature impressive two storey bay windows crowned by towering gable pikes. Period detailing including sash-style windows, raking slate roofs and intricate timber details adds to the air of authenticity.

The Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Building Excellence awards celebrate industry-leading housing developments regionally and nationally.

Cheadle-based PH Homes will automatically be entered into the national round of the LABC awards.
