Roland Dransfield was the first real entrepreneur Lisa, our Managing Director knew. His infectious enthusiasm, charisma, style, humour and above all, kindness, truly inspired Lisa to follow her own entrepreneurial spirit and launch her own agency. Not only did his name become the name of the agency but his unique character is something that underpins the way we operate..
